(Detection target: defoaming agent) The printing peripheral equipment manufacturer was concerned about sensor degradation with contact-type sensors, as the timing of failures was unpredictable and maintenance could become frequent. They faced the challenge of needing a sensor that could be easily installed on tanks, which would facilitate mass production and make future maintenance easier. As a solution, the non-contact "CLA" was adopted. [CLA Case] Liquid level sensor that can be mounted on a φ10 pipe

We would like to introduce a customized case of our non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrodes being suitable for PET film. A company in the automatic equipment industry expressed interest in adopting our "CLA," but they faced an issue with installation due to the narrow pipe size. Although there are products that can be installed in a φ10 narrow pipe, they reported that the detectable liquid level was only 40mm, leading to their request. In response, we customized the electrode part of the CLA liquid level sensor. (CLA liquid level sensor: CLA-D10P150) By sharing electrodes from other products and customizing them into a non-contact type, we enabled the detection of a liquid level of 150mm in a φ10 pipe. 【Current Issues and Requests】 ■ They want to adopt our CLA liquid level sensor, but cannot install it due to the narrow pipe size. ■ While there are products that can be installed in a φ10 narrow pipe using our CLA liquid level sensor, the detectable liquid level is only 40mm, which is too short. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a customized case of the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrodes being made of PET film. A customer from an automotive parts company encountered issues with the standard model "CLA-D10P40" already adopted for managing the liquid level of epoxy resin. The straight alignment of the cable exit with respect to the electrode caused the cable to be in the way after installation. Additionally, since the cable exit position is in a straight line from the electrode, it became an obstruction during equipment cleaning, leading to their request.
