Business Activities
To solve our customers' problems in the manufacturing processes around the world, we explore optimal solutions and provide them in a timely manner. The Rix Group offers a wide variety of production materials, including machinery, measuring instruments, and consumables, for various manufacturing industries such as steel, automotive, electronics and semiconductors, rubber and tires, machine tools, environment, paper and pulp, high-performance materials, and food. To quickly detect and respond to our customers' issues, we have established a global network with 35 locations across Japan, from Hokkaido to Kagoshima, and 11 locations in 7 countries including North America, China, Asia, and Europe. By working closely with our customers on the manufacturing floor, we uncover essential challenges and needs, delivering solutions that define our existence. With the motto of "the fusion of analog and digital," we expand our solutions by incorporating the latest IT and AI technologies, in addition to our strong customer-centric approach, further addressing our customers' challenges.
