In the process of collecting foundry waste materials, there was a challenge of wanting to control the operation of the dust collector using vehicle detection. Therefore, we controlled the dust collector with an underground embedded loop coil for vehicle detection. This prevents false detection when vehicles pass by and avoids the risk of physical damage to the sensors. As a result, by utilizing the loop coil used in the Amano parking system, we achieved improved maintainability and smooth parts supply. The "CP-1HX" is a compact and slim non-contact angle sensor that achieves a protrusion of less than 5mm when installed. The effective electrical angle ranges from 50° to 360°, and there are two shaft shapes: two-flat and D-cut. A separate type with the sensor unit and shaft section separated is also available. It supports two outputs, making it suitable for equipment that requires high reliability. ★ We are currently lending demo units to a limited number of 30 companies.
