It can accommodate various ground conditions even in narrow sites and is constructed with reduced vibration and noise through rotary penetration. 3. **Three-Layer Soil-Cement Column 'ef Column Method'** This ground reinforcement method achieves high bearing capacity through a three-layer structure of soil-cement, cement milk, and core steel pipes, while also allowing for reliable and easy dismantling and removal. 4. **Liquefaction Countermeasure 'GRID WALL Method'** This method involves a grid-like underground wall constructed in the subsoil of buildings that suppresses ground deformation during earthquakes and prevents liquefaction of the ground.
