We precisely lift the subsided shallow foundation to restore it to a level position within millimeters. At the same time, we inject epoxy resin into the cracks in the foundation concrete to restore strength and waterproofing, and we fill the voids in the subsided ground under the floor with high-density air-entrained mortar (air milk). This allows for construction while living normally, minimizing both the construction period and costs.

This construction method uses general structural carbon steel pipes that meet the JIS G3444 STK400 standard (with an outer diameter of 114.3 mm or more and a wall thickness of 4.5 mm or more). While monitoring pipe deformation in real-time, hydraulic jacks are used to press-fit the steel pipe piles, utilizing the weight of the building as a reaction force, ensuring a secure bottom fixation to a hard support layer with a converted N value of 10 or more, confirmed through SWS testing and other methods. High-durability epoxy resin injection material is used for crack areas in the foundation, and self-hardening foam mortar (air milk) is injected to fill voids under the floor and underground. The structure is firmly secured based on structural safety and considerate construction standards.
