Free membership registrationThe LPM100 is used as a pressure reference instrument when calibrating low-pressure and micro-pressure measuring devices and sensors. It incorporates the high-precision capacitive micro differential pressure sensor M239 from Setra, which has a rich track record and excellent long-term stability. The reference pressure and the output of the sensors or pressure gauges being measured are displayed and measured on two displays. Pressure and output can be simultaneously held at any point through manual operation or a remote control box, enabling pressure measurement at desired points. The output of the measuring sensor can accommodate both voltage and current, which can be switched using a toggle switch. Additionally, the separately sold LPG100 hand pump for generating low pressure can produce pressures up to ±10 kPa. By using the stabilizer STB100 for generating micro pressures, the pressure generation can be changed to ±1 kPa, allowing for stabilization of pressure with a resolution of 0.1 Pa. Using the LPG100 and STB100 together enables calibration work to be performed in a more stable pressure environment. A carrying case for storing the LPG100 and STB100 is also available, allowing for compact storage of the device and associated piping fittings.
