The QPV series from Proportion Air employs a unique closed-loop control technology that provides accurate pressure proportional to the command input signal. The feedback signal from the pressure sensor is compared with the command input signal in the electronic circuit, driving two proportional valves to control and supply pressure proportional to the command input signal. This suppresses hunting and step-like pressure rise behavior, enabling smooth pressure control. It also allows for high-precision pressure control even at low flow rates. In the DQPV type, the supply pressure can be monitored directly.
