This is a general-purpose low-cost absolute pressure sensor for measuring pressure. The measurement range is from 0 to 50 kPa to 600 kPa. The measurement accuracy is ±0.5% FS.
The SBV/SBI series is designed to be ultra-compact. The diaphragm is made of SUS316L, and the case is constructed entirely of welded SUS316, providing excellent corrosion resistance against gases and chemical liquids, and accommodating a wide range of pressure media. The diaphragm is made of SUS316L, which offers superior durability, and it includes a built-in temperature compensation circuit, allowing for use in harsh environments. The SBV/SBI series is dedicated to absolute pressure measurement. The pressure measurement range is from absolute pressure 0 to 50 kPa to 600 kPa, with a standard accuracy of ±0.5% FS. The sensor output is available in voltage type (1-5 VDC) and current output (4-20 mA DC), making it easy to combine with pressure display devices. Mass production has achieved low prices, allowing it to be used for pressure measurement and control in various devices, as well as for embedded applications as a pressure sensor. The pressure connection to the sensor uses a standard R1/4, making it easy to prepare.
