General-purpose low-cost gauge pressure sensor ST/SS series
General-purpose low-cost gauge pressure sensor ST/SS series
It is a small general-purpose device capable of measuring pressures from 0 to 10 kPa up to 35 MPa, with the main body made of SUS316 and the diaphragm made of SUS316L, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
The ST/SS series features a double diaphragm structure made of SUS316L, offering excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for use with most gases and liquids. It is highly durable and includes a built-in temperature compensation circuit, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. The ST series offers a wide range of small gauge pressure options from 0 to 10 kPa up to 1000 kPa, with differential pressure options of ±10 kPa and ±100 kPa, and vacuum pressure ranging from 0 to -100 kPa. The SS series provides small shielded gauge pressure options with five pressure ranges from 0 to 3 MPa up to 35 MPa. It employs a flush diaphragm design, resulting in minimal dead space. The pressure connection features an O-ring seal structure, allowing for easy maintenance. Both series offer sensor outputs in voltage and current types, making them easy to combine with pressure display devices. Mass production has enabled low pricing, allowing them to be used for pressure measurement and control in various devices, as well as for embedded applications as pressure sensors.

Air Water Mechatronics Co., Ltd. ST Division handles excellent measurement/control equipment focused on the most important themes of pressure and flow in the field of measurement and control in the industrial sector. In pressure measurement, as the Japanese distributor for Setra Systems, we have supplied numerous pressure sensors domestically for many years. Setra's pressure sensors are characterized by high precision and sensitivity, and are used in many advanced technologies, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Additionally, to accommodate various industrial pressure measurement scenarios, we also handle products from companies such as BD and Honeywell. We manufacture digital pressure gauges that incorporate or externally attach these pressure sensors. Within our company, various pressure standards with traceability to national standards are installed in a strictly air-conditioned calibration inspection room, allowing us to conduct inspections and recalibrations in-house. Regarding flow measurement, we offer unique and high-value-added products for both liquid and gas (mass flow). For liquids, we primarily provide small, cost-effective, and highly accurate turbine flow meters, as well as Coriolis flow meters. We respond to diverse needs with disposable sensors for pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing, as well as certified sensors for food and beverage applications.
