"SmartHeat SLT" is a self-regulating film heater that does not burn out even in the event of trouble. Even if there is improper installation of the heater, overheating is almost nonexistent, resulting in minimal load on the equipment. ■ Comparison with conventional heaters Conventional heaters can accumulate heat inside if there is improper adhesion, leading to burning issues. In the case of this product, the resistance value sharply increases from a certain temperature, stopping the power supply, which prevents it from exceeding a certain temperature and burning out. Additionally, while conventional heaters are affected by changes in temperature when in contact with foreign objects of different temperatures, this product controls each area independently, so only the part in contact with the foreign object adjusts its power to maintain temperature. I want to know the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) and monitor it remotely.

High-precision measurement of CO2 concentration. Allows for multi-point centralized management and issues an alert when it exceeds 1000 ppm. Measurement status can be viewed by administrators and occupants via smartphones and other devices.

The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare recommends the use of NDIR sensors. They are highly accurate and have a long lifespan. The display screen is designed to be easy to understand, allowing anyone to grasp the ventilation status without explanation. Additionally, to ensure you don't miss the timing for ventilation, you will be notified via email or AI voice when the CO2 concentration exceeds the standard value of 1000 ppm. (The voice feature can be turned off.) The sensor can be used simply by installing it on a wall or table at a height of 0.4 to 1.5 meters from the floor and connecting it to a power source, so no construction is required. *An internet connection is necessary. Currently, there is a possibility to purchase using subsidies effectively. We are also looking for sales agents who can cooperate with this project.
