The F-109 is a surface resistance meter that allows for easy measurement of resistance values with just one button and by simply placing it for electrostatic discharge (ESD) countermeasures.
It complies with ESD countermeasure standards (RCJS, JIS, IEC, ANSI), enabling management of ESD products according to international standards.
It features two modes: one that holds the measurement value after the specified measurement time (15 seconds) and a continuous measurement mode.
