Root Pile Method "SP Fix Pile Method"

A route pile construction method that achieves high speed, labor savings, and multi-stage hook effects.

The "SP Fix Pile" uses a hollow SP bolt as a center rod and employs the "Permanent Route Pile Method," which involves double-tube drilling with a general-purpose drill pipe, and can also be applied as a micro pile. Once drilling is complete, injection is performed through the SP bolt, and only the drill pipe is withdrawn, allowing for labor-saving and high-speed construction without the need for rod recovery or core material installation work. Although it features a thick bolt structure with a diameter of 115 mm or more, stable drilling and reliable shaping through pressurized injection can be achieved with a general-purpose anchor machine up to about 20 meters, making it effective as a long, thick bolt for countermeasures on slopes with extremely deep soft layers or embankment slopes.
