Chemix Asbestos Treatment Method

Asbestos has many excellent properties. It is highly workable and economically advantageous, but the harmfulness of airborne fibers has become apparent.

Asbestos refers to a group of naturally occurring fibrous minerals, derived from the Greek word meaning "eternal and unquenchable." It is classified into six types, with the most commonly used being chrysotile (white asbestos), crocidolite (blue asbestos), and amosite (brown asbestos). Due to its hazardous properties that can cause health issues such as lung cancer and mesothelioma, asbestos was designated as a specific chemical substance in 1971, and the spraying of asbestos was banned in 1975. Furthermore, in Japan, the use of particularly harmful blue and brown asbestos was prohibited in April 1995. The amendment to the Enforcement Order of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, which came into effect on October 1, 2004, also imposed a complete ban on white asbestos. Although its use was allowed until 2006 for certain applications, all six types were fully banned in June 2008. However, the effectiveness of alternative products is lacking, and it is unclear how long it will take to achieve a complete transition.

HydroDyne Method

Blast furnace slag is an environmentally friendly material.

"Hydrodine" is a crack injection material primarily composed of blast furnace slag fine powder (2.8μm) and HT-G1. When slurried with HT-G1 and injected, Hydrodine promotes hardening over a long period and integrates with the target concrete structure. When injected into cracks, Hydrodine rapidly reacts with calcium ions (Ca+) leached from the concrete and blast furnace slag, producing strong calcium silicate hydrates, thereby forming a dense hardened body over an extended period.

Greenification Reinforced Soil Wall Method "TerraVeil"

No processing is required at the construction site! We create spaces that naturally blend into the landscape.

"TerraVeil" uses mesh panels as wall materials in the tail-arm method, allowing for greening of the walls when combined with vegetation mats. With a simple component structure, it is possible to construct green reinforced soil at a low cost. The wall materials are made of lightweight reinforced mesh, enabling manual construction without the need for special techniques. By incorporating a sliding function of about 100mm during the assembly of the mesh panels, it can adapt to the deformation of the embankment. By restricting the connection points of the reinforcement materials and wall materials to four, it suppresses the protrusion of the wall and ensures the quality of the wall's finish. [Features] ■ Easy and economical construction ■ Flexibility that matches the characteristics of reinforced soil walls ■ Reliability that can be achieved because it is a tail-arm method ■ Creation of spaces that blend naturally into the landscape *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Reinforced Soil Wall Method "All Precast Tail Arm"

Transforming on-site casting into precast. The Tail Arm Method achieves shortened construction periods and reduced labor.

The Tail Arme All-Precast method is a reinforced earth wall construction technique that has transformed the top and foundation sections, which were traditionally constructed using cast-in-place concrete, into precast products. It was registered with NETIS (KT-210058-A) in October 2021, contributing to improved construction efficiency and quality. By combining a long-neck skin for the top section, precast foundation concrete, and precast cap concrete, it significantly reduces the need for formwork work, concrete placement, and curing time on-site. This leads to shortened construction periods, increased productivity, and enhanced safety, making it suitable for sites facing labor shortages or challenging construction conditions. Its adoption is also expanding in locations where traditional methods struggle with process management, such as cold regions and tiered sections. It represents a next-generation Tail Arme method aimed at balancing labor reduction and construction quality.
