TerraCell wall greening method

We introduce a new method that allows not only herbaceous plants but also the planting of shrubs!

The "Teracell Wall Greening Method" involves fixing Teracell (a honeycomb-shaped flexible form made of high-density polyethylene) to wall surfaces (such as concrete or masonry blocks), filling the frame with planting soil, and then planting vegetation to green the wall. There are two thicknesses of Teracell for wall greening: 15 cm and 20 cm, allowing for the selection of planting substrate thickness based on the species of plants to be planted. This significantly expands the options for the plants that can be planted. 【Features】 - Made of lightweight and strong high-density polyethylene, it can be easily fixed to concrete surfaces. - Its flexibility allows for installation on uneven surfaces and curves. - The planting substrate within the frame uses a lightweight artificial soil with excellent water retention and drainage properties. - By wrapping plant seedlings in coir pots (made from coconut fibers) and moss, it prevents soil runoff during heavy rain. - It is also possible to add high-performance water-retaining agents to the soil as an option. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Slope failure countermeasures: Ground reinforcement soil construction method

The maximum pull-out force of the reinforcement material can be applied up to 90 kN per unit based on field tests!

The "Slope Failure Countermeasure Ground Reinforcement Soil Method" is a technique that primarily reinforces slopes through tensile force by inserting numerous rock bolts into the ground. Field tests were conducted under conditions where ground collapse did not precede. Bolt loads in the range of 150 to 155 kN were observed, and pull-out of the reinforcement bolts was noted; however, no deformation such as destruction or breakage of the hold plates and wire ropes was confirmed. 【Design Considerations】 ■ Stability calculations for the slope ■ Calculation of necessary restraining forces ■ Assumptions for reinforcement material placement ■ Design of slope construction ■ Examination of stability ■ Completion of structural calculations *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

What is the refracturing method?

Reinforcement repair methods for reinforced concrete structures deteriorated by concrete neutralization and salt damage!

The "Refleet Method" is a repair and reinforcement technique for reinforced concrete structures that have deteriorated due to carbonation and salt damage, using specially developed coating-type impregnation materials and polymer cement mortars. The construction and management of the work are carried out by certified construction managers from the Refleet Industrial Association. There are two basic specifications: "RF Specification," which is applied to the repair of reinforced concrete structures deteriorated by carbonation, and "DS Specification," which is applied to the repair of reinforced concrete structures where the rebar has corroded due to salt damage. 【Features (RF Specification)】 ■ A repair specification primarily targeting deterioration caused by carbonation of concrete ■ By applying the surface hardening alkaline agent "RF-100" to the deteriorated concrete surface, alkalinity is imparted and the surface is strengthened ■ By applying "RF Rust Prevention Paste" to the concrete surface, the intrusion of corrosion factors for rebar such as carbon dioxide, moisture, and oxygen is prevented ■ The surface strengthening effect of "RF-100" can also be applied to concrete that has deteriorated due to freeze-thaw cycles or fire damage *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Refleet Method "DS-HG Specification"

For the rust prevention and maintenance of internal rebar! We have obtained construction execution technology certification.

We would like to introduce the "DS-HG specification" of the Refleet method. It consists of "DS-400," which is primarily composed of lithium nitrite, and "DS Rust Prevention Paste," which contains lithium nitrite-based rust prevention materials. By applying "DS-400" and "DS Rust Prevention Paste" to the surfaces of rebar and concrete, the rust prevention components are more effectively dispersed within the concrete, forming a dense film (passivation film) on the surface of the rebar, thereby preventing corrosion of the rebar. 【Features】 ■ Rust prevention for corroded rebar ■ Penetrating rust prevention components gradually infiltrate the concrete ■ Effective for rust prevention on the back side of rebar that cannot be removed during construction, as well as for rust prevention within the concrete ■ Effective for rust prevention of rebar already present in concrete containing chloride ions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
