Reinforced concrete surface repair method (Sabiran penetration rust prevention method)

By applying Sabiran A to the surface of reinforced concrete, the rust inhibitor (nitrite ions) penetrates and forms a passive film on the rebar, achieving rust prevention treatment!

This technology is a rust prevention method that applies a penetrating rust inhibitor to the surface of reinforced concrete to non-destructively protect the internal rebar from rust. While traditional methods have existed for applying coatings to the surface of reinforced concrete, they have been effective in suppressing the entry of external deterioration factors but have had little effect on already existing deterioration factors (such as chloride ions and areas of carbonation), resulting in insufficient rust prevention effectiveness. In this technology, a newly developed high-penetration rust inhibitor (Sabiran A) is applied to the surface of existing concrete and allowed to penetrate sufficiently into the interior (the surface tension of Sabiran A is 1/2.7 that of conventional products), non-destructively suppressing the latent deterioration of the rebar caused by internal deterioration factors. Furthermore, by applying a water-tightness enhancing agent (Sabiran P), the method simultaneously suppresses further entry of external deterioration factors, thereby providing long-term and stable rust prevention effectiveness for the rebar within the reinforced concrete. ■ Technical Explanation of the Improved Penetration of Sabiran A The rust prevention effect of Sabiran is achieved through the action of a rust inhibitor composition that contains the following composite surfactants: - Specific ether-type nonionic surfactants (maximum surface tension reduction capability) - Water-insoluble specific surfactants (significant wettability enhancement capability)

[NETIS Registration] Preventing Excessive Outflow of Ready-Mixed Concrete! "Resophon Pier Method"

Just wrap a net around the rebar cage! It blocks concrete flow and soil mixing into voids and weak ground, achieving both cost reduction and pile quality.

The "Resophon Pier Method" is a construction technique that suppresses the outflow of concrete into voids such as abandoned coal mines, air raid shelters, and underground drainage, thereby reducing material waste and construction costs, while also contributing to the quality assurance of piles. It involves covering the rebar cage with a dedicated "Resophon Net." Joint research with Kyoto University has shown that even when the net is attached, the surface friction force is comparable to that of standard concrete piles (approximately 0.9 to 1.1 times), and methods are available to reduce it to about 0.9 times, which is equivalent or on the safe side. This is a NETIS registered technology that can be widely applied, ranging from site-cast pile methods such as earth drills, reverse, and all-casing to underground continuous wall methods. 【Features】 ■ Suppresses unnecessary concrete outflow, allowing for reductions in material waste and construction costs ■ Contributes to ensuring the shape of piles and the quality of concrete ■ Lightweight polyethylene net makes attachment to the rebar cage easy ■ NETIS registered (Registration number: KT-240066-A), Patent No. 3963921 *For more details, please refer to the materials. Bridge pier seismic reinforcement method "AT Method"

Extremely suppress the bending moment to reduce the increase in the cross-section of the structure, while also accommodating constraints from adjacent structures!

The "AT Method" is a seismic reinforcement method for bridge piers that significantly reduces the thickness of the reinforcement wrapping compared to the RC wrapping method and conventional PCM wrapping method. By cutting grooves into the surface of the existing concrete and embedding reinforcement bars, the increase in wrapping thickness can be greatly reduced. As a result, the range of applicability expands even in cases with structural constraints. 【Construction Procedure】 ■ Surface treatment → Core space cutting → Core drilling → Embedded groove cutting → Reinforcement bar embedding commencement → Band reinforcement bar installation → Protective coating → Finish material application *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Slope Erosion Prevention Surface Soil Erosion Control Method "EPM"

Measures against frequent guerrilla rainstorms. Maintenance is easy because the materials can be replaced.

"EPM" is a surface soil erosion control method that can prevent erosion of ground layers up to approximately 1.0m thick. By using a tensile "EPM net (wire mesh)" to secure the entire slope, it is possible to prevent slope erosion and the outflow of seeds from the "EPM mat." Even if the ground surface subsides, the compressive effect from the rebound force of the support springs continuously applies pressure to the ground, maintaining the effectiveness of soil erosion control. 【Features】 ■ Prevents slope erosion and seed outflow ■ Suppresses surface soil outflow ■ Continuously controls soil outflow ■ Excellent workability and easy maintenance ■ Shortens construction time and reduces costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Basic Pile Installation Method: "Cement Milk Casing Method"

The vertical accuracy of the excavation hole is extremely good! A foundation pile installation method with increased rigidity that is strong against bending.

The "Cement Milk Casing Method" is a construction technique that adds a casing rotation mechanism to the outside of the auger screw, allowing the auger screw and casing to rotate relative to each other while excavating. This method is effective across a wide range of ground conditions, and can be applied to gravel ground, cobble layers, boulder layers, bedrock layers, sloped bedrock layers, and ancient cave layers in former coal mine sites. 【Features】 - The relative rotation of the auger screw and casing ensures excellent vertical accuracy of the excavation hole. - There is almost no high stopping of the piles. - The adhesion between the piles and the original ground is good. - There are no concerns regarding bearing capacity. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
