Backfill injection work, rear cavity filling work, set form method (rigid polyurethane)

High-performance backing injection material with excellent safety and durability, constructed with 40 times expanded polyurethane!

- The set foam is a rapid foaming hardening type that cures in about 60 seconds. - The set foam reaches almost final strength in about 30 minutes, allowing the tunnel to be used immediately. - After curing, there is almost no volume change such as expansion or contraction. - Foaming starts about 12 seconds after mixing, resulting in minimal penetration into the ground behind the lining concrete and leaks from cracks, leading to less waste. - Due to its rapid foaming hardening type, there is little escape, allowing for complete filling of cavities. - It foams and hardens even underwater, and its independent bubbles provide excellent water-stopping properties. - The cured material has a low density, resulting in a smaller load acting on the lining concrete surface. - Analysis results and numerous achievements confirm that it does not cause water quality pollution and is safe.

Reinforced concrete surface repair method (Sabiran penetration rust prevention method)

By applying Sabiran A to the surface of reinforced concrete, the rust inhibitor (nitrite ions) penetrates and forms a passive film on the rebar, achieving rust prevention treatment!

This technology is a rust prevention method that applies a penetrating rust inhibitor to the surface of reinforced concrete to non-destructively protect the internal rebar from rust. While traditional methods have existed for applying coatings to the surface of reinforced concrete, they have been effective in suppressing the entry of external deterioration factors but have had little effect on already existing deterioration factors (such as chloride ions and areas of carbonation), resulting in insufficient rust prevention effectiveness. In this technology, a newly developed high-penetration rust inhibitor (Sabiran A) is applied to the surface of existing concrete and allowed to penetrate sufficiently into the interior (the surface tension of Sabiran A is 1/2.7 that of conventional products), non-destructively suppressing the latent deterioration of the rebar caused by internal deterioration factors. Furthermore, by applying a water-tightness enhancing agent (Sabiran P), the method simultaneously suppresses further entry of external deterioration factors, thereby providing long-term and stable rust prevention effectiveness for the rebar within the reinforced concrete. ■ Technical Explanation of the Improved Penetration of Sabiran A The rust prevention effect of Sabiran is achieved through the action of a rust inhibitor composition that contains the following composite surfactants: - Specific ether-type nonionic surfactants (maximum surface tension reduction capability) - Water-insoluble specific surfactants (significant wettability enhancement capability)

Construction method "IPH Method (Internal Pressure Filling Joint Reinforcement)"

Technology to achieve the "long lifespan" of damaged concrete structures!

The "IPH method" is a technology that achieves "strength recovery" and "extended lifespan" for concrete structures that have deteriorated due to aging or earthquakes. By replacing the air inside the concrete with injected resin, it can fill even fine cracks with high density and depth. Not only does it enhance the bond strength between rebar and concrete, but it also provides a high anti-corrosion effect. The method has received technical evaluation from the Japan Society of Civil Engineers and obtained a patent as a construction method in 2012. 【Features】 ■ Replacement of air and resin ■ High-density filling ■ Strength recovery and durability improvement ■ Rebar anti-corrosion and neutralization suppression ■ Improved cost-effectiveness and environmental measures *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
