Sediment control dam wall construction method (dam wall)

It is possible to construct a dam that matches the natural landscape by applying stone planting and decorative elements to the front of the sediment control dam block.

We would like to introduce our "Sabo Dam Wall Method (Dam Wall)." All 15 types of vertical-type Sabo dam blocks, ranging from 0.5 to 0.7 (in 0.05 increments), are self-supporting, which ensures high stability during construction and makes the work easier. Additionally, even when the slopes of the front and back of the dam differ (for example, a front slope of 2 and a back slope of 5), the design ensures that the vertical height of one layer of Sabo dam blocks is consistently 1.5 meters, allowing for a concrete placement height of 1.5 meters for the embankment. 【Features】 ■ Self-supporting precast blocks ■ Custom-designed for each slope ■ Does not compromise aesthetics ■ Excellent cost-effectiveness *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

PC Well Method

PC Well Method

The PC well method involves stacking cylindrical single blocks at the construction site while introducing prestress using a post-tensioning method. The interior is excavated using various excavation machines such as hammer grabs, and ground anchors are driven and installed to a specified depth as a reaction force. The single blocks are equipped with PC copper rods, rebar placement holes, grout injection ports, and anchor plates, designed to standardize work at the construction site. The excavation methods include in-bucket excavation with hammer grab buckets and undercutting with widening excavators, making it suitable for a wide range of soil types. There are two types of PC wells: PC structure and PPRC structure. Features of the method: 1. It uses factory-manufactured precast components, ensuring thorough quality control, making it a highly reliable method. 2. Construction management is easy. 3. Since it is installed using a jacking method, it has minimal impact on the surrounding ground and is suitable for close-proximity construction. 4. It allows for low vibration, low noise, and high safety during construction. 5. It does not require temporary closures or island construction even for underwater work. 6. The construction accuracy is excellent. 7. The construction period can be shortened.

Drainage construction Revo II method

Drainage construction Revo II method

The method of constructing a shaft easily and at low cost using the Rev II shaft machine, which is a further miniaturized version of the Rev shaft machine. 【Features】 ○ The Rev shaft machine has been further miniaturized, reducing its width to 1.7m and weight to 1.46t, and achieving a split-type design (upper part: 0.74t, lower part: 0.72t), allowing for the transportation and installation/removal of the machine using a 2t crane truck (lifting capacity of 2t). ○ With easier installation and removal, casing recovery has become possible. This allows the casing costs, which accounted for a large portion of construction expenses, to be recorded as a loss, enabling further cost reductions. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

Wood muscle (sujikou)

Wood muscle (sujikou)

A greening foundation method aimed at contributing to the natural restoration (reforestation) of cut slopes and similar surfaces. It can be applied to steep slopes, improving the vegetation environment by arranging thinned timber in a linear fashion to create a stepped shape. 【Features】 ○ Promotes the use of thinned timber for forest conservation and forestry promotion. ○ The use of thinned timber allows for the creation of stepped slopes, enhancing the vegetation environment. (Stepping of slopes) ○ Over time, thinned timber will weather and return to the soil, minimizing the residual presence of foreign materials. ○ It can be shaped into frames or linear arrangements, allowing for flexible design modifications. ○ Using thinned timber ensures a natural appearance that blends seamlessly with the environment. ○ By restoring slopes naturally, maintenance costs can be significantly reduced in the future. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

Local Recycling Spray Method

Would you like to effectively utilize useful waste generated in the region (such as sludge and wood waste) and engage in natural restoration?

The Local Recycling Spraying Method is a technique for natural regeneration of slopes that effectively utilizes useful waste generated within the region (such as sludge and wood waste). The "Local Recycling Spraying Method" is a recycling greening technique that can create a stable vegetation foundation regardless of the differences in the components of useful waste generated in the area (such as sludge and wood waste). It allows for the use of a wide range of useful waste and significantly contributes to adjusting and alleviating the supply and demand balance of useful waste, which tends to be uneven within the region. 【Features】 - Allows for the use of a wide range of useful waste - Enables greening of steep slopes - Constructs soil that is ideal for vegetation with adequate moisture *For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
