Ceramax Method <Concrete Corrosion Protection>

We will also introduce leak test data that supports the corrosion resistance performance of concrete!

We would like to introduce the concrete corrosion protection of our "Ceramax Method." This method includes three elements that enable concrete corrosion protection: "salt resistance," "neutralization suppression," and "water absorption suppression." When we tested the corrosion protection performance by applying Ceramax to the outer and inner surfaces of commercially available mortar boxes, we found that when applied to the outer surface, there was no peeling of the coating due to water from the back side, thus maintaining waterproof functionality. When applied to the inner surface, it was found to block water permeability. [Ceramax used for preventive maintenance] ■ Ceramax #3000 ■ Ceramax #3600 ■ Ceramax RC *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Eco waterway construction method

Multifunctional environmental waterway with economic fish nesting functions and a 'small animal ascent and descent ramp' feature inside the waterway.

The "Eco Waterway Construction Method" consists of three types: bottom hole type, horizontal hole type, and combined type, which can be used according to the situation. The bottom hole type provides a habitat for bottom-dwelling organisms such as crabs and loaches by allowing sand and gravel or water to accumulate at the bottom of the waterway. The horizontal hole type creates a still water area, ensuring a habitat and refuge for juvenile and small freshwater fish. Additionally, the combined type incorporates both of the aforementioned types. The main body of the waterway uses conventional materials, making it economically feasible and easy to install a "multi-functional environmental waterway." 【Features】 ■ Direct use of conventional waterways that are 20cm deep ■ Entrance and exit secured with filler blocks ■ Ramp for small animals (soft slope) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Toris method

With a little ingenuity and a gentle heart, we can provide breeding places for birds.

The "Toris Method" is a system that involves creating holes in newly constructed vertical precast concrete retaining walls and setting "soil column blocks" that can be used for nesting on the back side, thereby supporting breeding. The main target birds are the "kingfisher" and the "dipper." By using soil column blocks manufactured in a quality-controlled factory, there is no need to check the materials for the nesting area or manage the construction, as the nesting area is secured simply by installation. Additionally, since the surface is concrete, there is no erosion from rainwater like on a cliff with exposed soil, allowing the nesting function to be maintained for a long time. 【Products Offered】 ■ Soil column blocks for kingfishers ■ Soil column blocks for dipper *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

HEP&JES method

Non-excavation underpass construction method using elements with JES joints.

The HEP&JES (High Speed Element Pull & Jointed Element Structure) construction method, developed in collaboration with JR East, is a rational construction technique for cross-sectional structures that combines the non-excavation HEP (High Speed Element Pull) method for pulling and laying elements with the JES (Jointed Element Structure) method, which uses steel elements as the main structural components. This method has been adopted in projects for grade separations under railways and highways, and as of May 2024, it has accumulated over 160 orders. We propose the HEP&JES method as a safe, short-term, and low-cost solution for eliminating level crossings and improving intersections aimed at urban regeneration. **Features** - Since the inserted elements are used directly as the main structural components, insertion work is completed in one go, minimizing the impact on tracks and road surfaces. - Various shapes of structures can be constructed without being limited by structural length. - The method allows for precise construction as elements are pulled from the target point on the arrival side. - Since the pulling reaction force is taken by the retaining wall on the arrival side, there is no need for reaction force equipment on the starting side. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Eco Recharge® Method

Enabling large-volume ascites with a small diameter!

The Eco Recharge® method (circular groundwater control method) is a technique aimed at lowering groundwater levels by pumping groundwater and injecting it back into the ground using the latest technology. By eliminating excess water, it significantly reduces construction costs. Groundwater pumped from deep wells and other pumping wells is first sent to a sand separator. Here, impurities such as sand contained in the groundwater are removed, and then it is sent to a receiving tank. By controlling the injection pump to maintain a constant water level in the receiving tank, groundwater is pumped into the ground from the injection well without excess or deficiency. 【Features】 ■ Economic efficiency ■ Environmental conservation ■ Safety *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Small-diameter pumping method

Achieving small diameter and high lift drainage!

The small-diameter pumping method is a technique used to lower groundwater levels by pumping in areas with high groundwater levels. This method generates negative pressure by sending a jet fluid (water or air) to an ejector installed at the well's tip, allowing for groundwater extraction. Since there is no need for a submersible pump inside the well, the drilling diameter can be smaller and more economical compared to traditional deep well methods. Additionally, it can handle higher lift compared to well point methods. 【Features】 ■ Excellent applicability: It can pump groundwater at depths where well point methods are ineffective and in soils with lower permeability coefficients than those used in deep well methods. ■ Cost-effectiveness: By not installing a submersible pump inside the well, the drilling diameter can be reduced compared to deep well methods. ■ Usability: Since the equipment is located above ground, maintenance is easy. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
