The management of interview records has dramatically changed, making operations more efficient! Introducing a case study on the implementation of a health management system.

The Health Support Center of Heiwado Co., Ltd. has dedicated industrial physicians, public health nurses, and nurses on-site, primarily engaged in the management of occupational health and conducting interviews. At this center, health check-up results were mainly managed using Excel. Additionally, records of interviews and phone consultations from employees were managed on paper, which required employees to come to the office, and the method of record storage was identified as one of the challenges. Therefore, the cloud version of the health management system 'Be Health' from N.A.C. Care was implemented. It can be checked on a computer screen, allowing access to interview records without having to come to the office.
