Comparing self-reported attendance with PC usage time also allows for an objective understanding of work activities. ■Reducing External and Internal Threats with the Security Dashboard By monitoring the installation and update status of the OS and antivirus software on each PC, and by registering prohibited software, the risk of external threats can be reduced. The status of personal and confidential information stored on each PC, as well as information copied to USB devices or printed, can be visualized, thereby reducing the risk of internal threats such as information leaks. It is also possible to restrict the use of devices like USBs and to send alert notifications when USB copying is detected. ■Achieving Accurate Attendance Management with the Attendance Management Option By using the Attendance Management Option (100 yen/month per license), it becomes possible to check the hours worked from PC logs and verify discrepancies with self-reported attendance (time stamps). This option also allows for the management of fragmented work styles during remote work due to household chores, childcare, or caregiving.
