Kyousei Corporation is a manufacturer engaged in the production and sale of gas and water piping materials, with 19 sales offices sourcing products from four factories each. Since access rights to the core system are not granted to factories and sales offices, for many years, five members of the information systems department have been providing a tailored service to extract and process necessary data upon request. To improve this individual response, we introduced a BI tool (Dr.Sum) and an EAI product for data transfer.
