To realize the long-term vision "Century2025," which emphasizes the further promotion of the LCE business, the company has newly developed a "construction project search system using Google Maps," built on the "Microsoft Dynamics 365" platform that the company has adopted as its development foundation. This search system plots past construction projects on Google Maps, allowing for a visual understanding of the properties, making it easier to engage in proposal sales activities based on LCE, such as "proactively presenting update plans for properties that are approaching their equipment renewal period."
