SF (Speed Form) construction method

Transform the 'wooden stop form' set at the construction joints into permanent formwork! Achieve significant reductions in construction time for concrete structures.

The "SF (Speed Form) Method" has been adopted in over 3,100 cases for retaining walls, valley stop works, etc., by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Forestry Agency, and prefectures. To suppress cracking of concrete during the construction of concrete retaining walls, a "wooden stop form" that fixes joint materials installed at intervals of 10 to 20 meters is replaced with "slate boards" and "vertical steel materials" that have performance and functionality equal to or greater than the poured concrete, allowing for the construction of permanent embedded forms. This enables the simultaneous construction of multiple spans, significantly shortening the construction period for concrete structures. 【Features】 ■ Multiple spans can be constructed simultaneously during concrete pouring ■ Eliminates the hassle of removing forms ■ Allows for proceeding to the next process regardless of the concrete's stripping strength ■ Ensures sufficient curing, preventing temperature drop and drying of the surface of the poured concrete *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[WIB Construction Method Case Study] Railway Vibration Mitigation for Residential Areas Along Railways, January 2017, Saitama Prefecture

Measures were implemented directly beneath the residence! Dominant vibrations in the 10-20Hz range have been reduced by 6-12dB!

Some plots of a residential development in Saitama Prefecture face a railway, raising concerns about the impact on the living environment after the construction of the houses. Therefore, the 'WIB method' was implemented directly beneath the houses. Vibration measurements were conducted before and after the countermeasures. Dominant vibrations in the range of 10 to 20 Hz were reduced by 6 to 12 dB (to 1/4 to 1/2 of the original vibration), keeping the vibration level below 60 dB. 【Case Overview】 ■ Location: Saitama Prefecture ■ Client: Housing manufacturer ■ Vibration source: Railway vibrations ■ Preservation target: Houses along the railway (total of 9 buildings; 5 buildings + 4 buildings) ■ Countermeasure work: Plate-type WIB method (honeycomb cell type) ■ Installation position: Directly beneath the receiving side *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

JSG method / CJG method

Core methods of ultra-high pressure jet grouting! Jet grout "JSG method" "CJG method"

The jet grouting method is a technique that uses ultra-high-pressure jet fluids to cut into the ground and improve the soil. There are two types of jet grouting methods: the "JSG method," which applies pressure to the curing material while excavating the soil and simultaneously mixes the soil with the curing material to create a cylindrical solidified body, and the "column jet method," which cuts the soil with ultra-high-pressure water, discharges the slurry to the surface while filling it with curing material, also creating a cylindrical solidified body. These methods can accommodate soil improvement under various geological conditions, depths, and other circumstances. 【Features】 ■ Reliable and certain construction is possible ■ A wide range of improvements that are not affected by the target soil type ■ High adhesion construction is possible ■ Large-diameter soil improvement can be achieved with small holes, allowing for closer construction to buried objects ■ Appropriate improvement strength can be set according to the improvement purpose ■ Economical and safe materials ■ Versatile mechanisms and compact equipment *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Construction method "Hybrid Fore-Piling"

Enhance blade stability with a combined pattern of "long-length fore piling" and "long-length mirror reinforcement work."

"Hybrid Fore-Piling" is a construction method that is expected to have a higher effect in suppressing the plasticization of surrounding ground. By placing small-diameter steel pipes from the upper part of the mirror section towards the top, it is possible to reinforce not only the "top section" that is reinforced by conventional fore-piling but also the "upper ground of the mirror surface," which has a high risk of collapse. [Features] - By increasing the overlap section, it can reinforce the surrounding ground over a wide area, including the mirror section. - Compared to conventional fore-piling, it has a higher effect in suppressing the plasticization of the ground. - By using small-diameter steel pipes (φ76.3), it is more economical than before. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
