Construction method "Hareform (floor sheet installation)"

"Hariform" is a renovation method that involves directly applying decorative sheets to the walls and ceiling of the bathroom, and attaching foam multilayer vinyl flooring to the floor. It uses a high-performance CF sheet specifically designed for bathroom floors, allowing for an easy refresh of just the floor. Since it is simply applied over the existing floor, the installation takes about half a day to complete. Additionally, because it is made of a cushioned foam sheet, it has excellent thermal insulation properties. If the existing floor is tiled, it can get quite cold in winter, but by applying this flooring material, it provides excellent insulation, making it less likely to feel chilly when touched with bare feet, thereby reducing the risk of heat shock. CB Method (Encro)

Our company offers the "CB method," which involves enclosed welding with a narrow groove using ceramic backing material. This welding method involves installing ceramic backing material in the groove spacing between two rebars (specified for each rebar diameter) and performing semi-automatic arc welding with carbon dioxide. After the welding operation, the backing material is removed, allowing for visual inspection of the weld's appearance. The HEP&JES (High Speed Element Pull & Jointed Element Structure) construction method, developed in collaboration with JR East, is a rational construction technique for cross-sectional structures that combines the non-excavation HEP (High Speed Element Pull) method for pulling and laying elements with the JES (Jointed Element Structure) method, which uses steel elements as the main structural components. This method has been adopted in projects for grade separations under railways and highways, and as of May 2024, it has accumulated over 160 orders. Using a driving device to rotate the down-the-hole hammer and bit, the piston inside the hammer cylinder is moved back and forth by air supplied from a high-pressure compressor. This movement causes the bit tip to strike and break stones and rock formations, while the excavated soil is removed using a screw and air lift method.
