The issue lies in the corners of the flap getting caught in the bags, so it was proposed to eliminate this by rounding the corners through R processing (a process that rounds corners using a die). By using a material that is 0.7mm thinner, we reduced the stacking space and achieved a cost reduction of 3% (with variations depending on the lot and specifications). Because it is a special material, we also proposed it for printing applications (offset printing).
