The customer is packing products into cardboard, which is the packaging material, while performing bagging operations inside the box, and they are packaging the products by hooking the bags onto the lid. However, during this process, the corners of the lid (flap) get caught due to the weight of the products, causing the bags to tear, resulting in bag loss and additional work time. The issue lies in the corners of the flap getting caught in the bags, so it was proposed to eliminate this by rounding the corners through R processing (a process that rounds corners using a die).
