On-site delivery tailored to the current situation! A case where the time spent searching for products and moving them has been significantly reduced.
I received a request to "come up with a delivery method that improves work efficiency." When delivering the ordered cardboard boxes, I did not have prior knowledge of the order in which the customer would use them, so during delivery, it was difficult for the customer to find the necessary cardboard products while organizing them. Therefore, I consulted with the transportation department and drivers who actually deliver the products, and I thought that if we unloaded the sheets in a way that is easy for the customer to use, it could solve the problem. I made suggestions such as, "Ask the customer for instructions and place the item they want to use first on top when unloading." 【Proposal Details】 - Ask the customer for instructions and place the item they want to use first on top when unloading. - Unload the sheets in the order of use on pallets near the machines being used. - Standardize the orientation of the signs so that products can be easily distinguished. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
