By reviewing the materials, we can solve the problem! The thickness has been reduced to 0.7mm, which has decreased the stacking space.
Currently, we have been using a tea-based EF thickness (around 1.2mm), but due to the difficulty in securing storage space, we have received a request to reduce inventory space. Since it was impossible to change the design to reduce materials and thickness while maintaining the current packaging shape, we resolved the issue by reconsidering the material. By using a material that is 0.7mm thinner, we reduced the stacking space and achieved a cost reduction of 3% (with variations depending on the lot and specifications). Because it is a special material, we also proposed it for printing applications (offset printing).
