[Proposal Example] We want to introduce a QR code on the product signboard to improve management efficiency.
Embedding order numbers, material numbers, delivery dates, etc. into a two-dimensional code! A case study on streamlining management.
Due to the large number of products and the difficulty in product management, we received a request to manage the acceptance of cardboard boxes at the factory using a two-dimensional code. While it is possible to print a two-dimensional code on the delivery slip, since it will be used at the factory, we added a program to print the two-dimensional code on the product kanban. We can embed the order number, material number, delivery date, quantity, and other information into the two-dimensional code. In addition, it is possible to customize the system to fit the customer's operations. [Overview] ■ Issues - There are a large number of products, making product management difficult. - There is a desire to manage the acceptance of cardboard boxes at the factory using a two-dimensional code. ■ Results - A program was added to print the two-dimensional code on the product kanban. - The order number, material number, delivery date, quantity, and other information can be embedded in the two-dimensional code. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
