Ground Improvement Work "Screw Press Method"

Protecting Japanese buildings from earthquake disasters! Because it's in unseen areas, assurance of seismic and environmental performance is essential.

The "Screw Press Method" is a ground improvement technique that enhances soil bearing capacity, creates earthquake-resistant ground, and is an environmentally friendly low-carbon ground improvement method. The crushed stone columns created by this method compact the entire ground through pressure, and even if shear occurs, it has little effect on strength, while also effectively attenuating seismic waves, protecting your valuable home from earthquakes. It demonstrates tremendous effectiveness in liquefaction countermeasures by strongly compacting the ground and dissipating pore water pressure through highly permeable piles. This method resolves the concerns and worries associated with traditional ground improvement work, creating a reliable foundation to support buildings. 【Features】 ■ Significant reduction in construction time and costs ■ Environmentally friendly low-carbon ground improvement method ■ Capable of forming piles from thinned wood or crushed stone columns ■ Excavation method with zero excavation residual soil ■ Crushed stone columns are strong against earthquakes and significantly reduce liquefaction phenomena *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Risks of ground improvement

There are many pitfalls in easy ground improvement and reinforcement work.

Did you know that in cases of weak ground, despite the ground reinforcement work being done, ground accidents actually occur more frequently than fires? Even if you go through the trouble of ground improvement and reinforcement work, if your house tilts due to differential settlement, it is the same as having a defective house. Because the ground, which cannot be seen, is what truly supports your home, it is essential to choose ground improvement and reinforcement work that genuinely provides support. [Examples of Ground Accidents] - Accidents with slab foundations and surface improvement - Cases where cement does not set properly - Piles not reaching the hard ground - If the thickness of soft ground and hard ground differs, the friction will also differ *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or external links, or feel free to contact us.

NSPC W method

NETIS registration! A lightweight embankment construction method that allows for shortening construction time and reducing costs by making panel materials self-supporting!

In developing a construction method utilizing lightweight embankment techniques, one of the issues identified is that the air-entrained lightweight embankment materials (air mortar, air milk) generate significant soil pressure due to fluidity and expansion pressure during curing. In conventional formwork methods, some form of reinforcement is typically implemented to resist and maintain these pressures. However, when using H-beams as reinforcement on the back of precast panels, the need for large machinery becomes a hindrance during the placement of lightweight mortar, compromising both workability and cost-effectiveness. Therefore, by applying tension to the NSC panels using rods and supporting the lower edge of the panels in a cantilever beam configuration, it has become possible to construct vertical walls, sloped walls, and curved walls. This achievement has led to significant reductions in construction time and costs, resulting in the completion of a technology capable of building exceptionally robust structures that have not been possible before. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.*

Dawn Construction Method

The birth of a savior for narrow site construction! A steel pipe pile method born from a thorough examination of the roles of blades and shafts.

The "Akatsuki Method" involves attaching a spiral wing steel plate to the upper part of a tip steel pipe, joining an axial steel pipe as a reinforcement material, and using a pile driver equipped with a rotary penetration device to rotate and penetrate it into the ground, utilizing it as ground reinforcement material. The tip of the reinforcement material, which receives significant ground reaction force, can be expanded as a wing section, and a main axial steel pipe with a smaller diameter than the tip steel pipe can be selected. Construction is possible not only with leader machines and pile driving vehicles but also, depending on the conditions, with an excavator. 【Application Range】 ■ Maximum construction depth: 10m (if soft layers continue and SWS is possible, up to 130D) ■ Applicable ground (tip ground): sandy soil (including gravelly soil), clayey soil ■ Applicable structures: - Buildings (3 stories or less, up to 13m in height, and a total floor area of 1500m2 or less) - Structures (retaining walls up to 3.5m in height, septic tanks, etc.) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ground Improvement

Column improvement and surface improvement! The targets are weak clayey or sandy ground, etc.

"Ground improvement" involves artificially enhancing the properties of the ground or soil. The targets for improvement include weak clayey or sandy ground, unstable rock formations, and permeable rock formations. In "columnar improvement," cement-based solidifying materials are injected to a stable ground level, creating columnar bodies within the soil. In "surface improvement," cement-based solidifying materials are spread over relatively shallow weak ground, and the strength of the ground is increased through mixing, stirring, and compaction. 【Details】 ■ Columnar Improvement ■ Surface Improvement *For more information, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Shiga Prefecture Ground Improvement" Ground Reinforcement Method 'Woody Force Method'

Applicable to sandy and clayey soil in Shiga Prefecture! This is an ecological and environmentally friendly method that utilizes small-diameter thinned wood as ground reinforcement material for housing!

The Woody Force method is a ground reinforcement technique aimed at small-scale buildings, utilizing unused thinned timber. This method uses thin-diameter thinned timber of "sugi" (Japanese cedar) or "hinoki" (Japanese cypress), which is somewhat too slender for use as house pillars and has been largely underutilized, as ground reinforcement material for houses, making it eco-friendly. By applying anti-corrosion and anti-termite treatment that complies with AQ certification (certification for quality wood building materials, etc.) B-3 (outdoor product components) to the wood used as ground reinforcement material, we aim to further enhance durability. 【Features】 ■ CO2 Reduction - Does not use cement or steel, which emit large amounts of CO2 during the manufacturing process - Contributes to energy conservation and reduction of greenhouse gases ■ Durability - By applying anti-corrosion and anti-termite treatment that complies with AQ certification B-3 to the wood used as ground reinforcement material, we aim to further enhance durability. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
