If you're looking for ground improvement in Hyogo Prefecture! Ground reinforcement method 'Woody Force Method'

Applicable to sandy and clayey soil in Hyogo Prefecture! This is an ecological construction method that utilizes small-diameter thinned timber as ground reinforcement material for housing, taking the environment into consideration!

The Woody Force method is a ground reinforcement technique aimed at small-scale buildings, utilizing unused thinned timber. This method uses thin-diameter thinned timber of "sugi" (Japanese cedar) or "hinoki" (Japanese cypress), which is somewhat too slender for use as house pillars and has been largely underutilized, as ground reinforcement material for houses, making it eco-friendly. By applying anti-corrosion and anti-termite treatment that complies with AQ certification (certification for quality wood building materials, etc.) B-3 (outdoor product components) to the wood used as ground reinforcement material, we aim to further enhance durability. 【Features】 ■ CO2 Reduction - Does not use cement or steel, which emit large amounts of CO2 during the manufacturing process - Contributes to energy conservation and reduction of greenhouse gases ■ Durability - By applying anti-corrosion and anti-termite treatment that complies with AQ certification B-3 to the wood used as ground reinforcement material, we aim to further enhance durability. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Super Rappu Elniido Method - Shortening Construction Period! Ground Improvement Work

[NETIS Registration] Supporting the form of the earth with reliable technology! Appropriate and safe design tailored to the application.

We would like to introduce the features of the "Super Rappuru Erunido Method," which include shortened construction periods and high-quality embankments. By using different buckets according to soil types for mixing, it enables the creation of high-quality improved materials and also enhances efficiency. Additionally, the time from excavation to completion of embankment is short, and in most cases, direct excavation is possible, eliminating the need for excess excavation and the setting and removal of formwork. 【Features】 ■ Excellent cost-effectiveness ■ Easy confirmation of support layers ■ Minimal excess soil on site (remaining disposal soil volume) ■ Quick response to various sites *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Reduction of fixed materials, decrease in generated residual soil, and improved mixing efficiency! 'Rising Method'

By using a special mixing agent, the water-to-solid material ratio of cement milk can be concentrated up to 40%, enabling the construction of high-strength improved soil!

The "Rising Method" is a ground improvement technique that involves placing pre-excavated soil into the excavation area and using a uniquely developed mixing bucket to mix the soil with slurry (W method) or soil with solidifying agents (D method), thereby constructing a highly homogeneous block-like improved body. By excavating the soil in advance, it allows for the "confirmation of the supporting layer and the soil to be improved," and also enables the "removal of organic soil that hinders solidification, as well as gravel layers, boulders, industrial waste, and underground obstacles that may impede construction," achieving various benefits. Additionally, in the W method, as a quality control test immediately after construction, the resistivity of the improved body is measured to confirm the mixing conditions. It has obtained the Architectural Technical Performance Certification from the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association. 【Features】 ■ Reliable quality control ■ Enhanced mixing effect with unique technology ■ Applicable to small buildings as well as civil engineering structures ■ Compatible with a wide range of soil types ■ Confirmation of advanced ground ■ Low noise and low vibration *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ground Improvement Work "Rising Method"

Before construction, underground obstacles can be removed, and after construction, the mixing condition can be checked with a rising tester (resistivity meter)! It is environmentally friendly with low noise and low vibration.

The "Rising Method" is a ground improvement technique that involves placing pre-excavated soil into the excavation area and mixing it with slurry using a uniquely developed mixing bucket to create a homogeneous block-like improved body. By excavating the soil in advance, it allows for the confirmation of the "support layer and the soil to be improved," and also enables the removal of "organic soil that hinders solidification, as well as gravel layers, boulders, industrial waste, and underground obstacles that may interfere with construction," thus achieving several benefits. *After construction, the mixing condition can be checked with a Rising Tester (resistivity measuring device). It has obtained the Architectural Technical Performance Certification from the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association. 【Features】 ■ Reliable quality control ■ Enhanced mixing effect with unique technology ■ Applicable to both small buildings and civil engineering structures ■ Compatible with a wide range of soil types ■ Confirmation of advanced ground conditions ■ Low noise and low vibration *There is also the "Ultra Column Method," which can reduce mixing failures caused by the soil's co-rotation phenomenon, which is problematic in low-viscosity ground. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
