"Partial high-strength steel" high-frequency hardening

This is a steel material that achieves multiple strengths with a single bar of steel. By using high-frequency quenching, only the areas that require high strength and high durability can be made to have high strength.

In conventional heat treatment using furnaces, it was difficult to apply heat to the entire steel material while only treating the necessary parts. However, by utilizing high-frequency induction heating (IH) to selectively harden only a portion of the steel (enhancing strength and durability), we have achieved multiple strength levels with a single steel rod. By placing high-strength sections in areas that require structural integrity and low-strength sections in other areas, it is possible to control damage and reduce material usage. Using this technology and product, we have started selling high-strength rebar placed in column-beam joints, named "Double Stark®," which contributes to damage control in structures, reduction of rebar quantity, improved workability, and comfortable living spaces. *In 2018, we received the "Super" Monozukuri Parts Award and the Lifestyle-Related Parts Award.

New Pre-Tensioning Method "NAPP Method" (Hollow PC Steel Rod)

The tensioning has already been introduced at our factory. This is a PC steel bar that does not require tension management or grouting work at the construction site.

The NAPP method involves placing pre-tensioned hollow PC steel rods, called "NAPP units (R)," within a formwork, and after pouring and curing the concrete, releasing the tension to introduce prestress into the concrete. The tension is introduced at our factory, which is strictly managed, and delivered to the site. At the construction site, prestress can be introduced without using reaction abutments or hydraulic jacks, eliminating the need for complex tension management, sheath placement, and grouting. This method is particularly efficient in challenging work environments, such as high altitudes, where introducing prestress is difficult. ■ Examples of NAPP method implementation Reinforcement of external cable anchorage, reinforcement of misalignment sections, reinforcement of PC steel anchorage, shear reinforcement, and lateral tightening. ■ Examples of NAPP anchor method implementation Widening of existing bridge abutment edges, reinforcement of external cable anchorage, and reinforcement of bridge substructures (widening of low slabs).

Special Assembly Method "Reverse Driving Method"

A special assembly method for advancing concrete work from top to bottom.

Our company employs the "reverse excavation method," where we construct the first-floor slab in advance while simultaneously building the upper floors and excavating downwards to create the basement levels sequentially. Compared to traditional earth retention methods, this approach allows for excavation to be carried out with minimal loosening of the ground, enabling stable underground construction supported by the structure. Additionally, regarding the upper structure, work can be conducted in parallel with the underground structure from the early-constructed first-floor slab, which helps shorten the overall construction period. 【Customer Benefits】 - By using the permanent floor beams as temporary support, underground construction is safe, and there is minimal impact on the surrounding ground (ground deformation). - The ability to progress with both underground and above-ground construction simultaneously allows for a reduction in construction time. - The first-floor beams can be utilized as a working platform, making it possible to control the impact on the surrounding environment (noise, dust). *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

We offer buildings with the warmth of wood while ensuring high safety! Introducing our achievements in daycare centers, kindergartens, and welfare facilities.

The "NAKAMURA JOURNAL" is a document that delivers HOT news from our company, which realizes various needs such as housing, commercial facilities, and welfare facilities through wooden construction. In VOL.2, we introduce achievements in kindergartens, preschools, and welfare facilities, including a "playroom that achieves a large space of 12m without columns," an "open terrace with a depth of 1800 and a length of 25m," and "classrooms with all exposed wood to enhance the wooden texture." By utilizing our "NK method," we can provide buildings that are safe and have the warmth of wood, even for large facilities that require spacious areas. We invite you to read it. 【Featured Achievements】 ■ A playroom that achieves a large space of 12m without columns ■ An open terrace with a depth of 1800 and a length of 25m ■ Classrooms with all exposed wood (fire-resistance design) to enhance the wooden texture ■ A space that showcases impressive wood with a beam width of 210 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
