In response to the demand for CO2 reduction, the RIVCLINCH fastening method uses only air as a power source, generates no heat, and does not use auxiliary materials such as rivets, relying instead on plastic deformation. The weight of gypsum-based adhesive, including gypsum board, water, and adhesive, is 15 to 20 kilograms per square meter. In contrast, the FIX method weighs about 8 kilograms per square meter, primarily the weight of the gypsum board itself. Additionally, the work can be learned in about three days, allowing for more than twice the amount of work compared to wet methods. This reduces the burden of lifting work and shortens the construction schedule, and due to the dry construction method, the curing period can be significantly reduced to about 2 hours.
