We contribute to the informatization of the architecture industry through the development of information systems, programs, and content.
The Structural System Group aims to support the informatization of the architecture industry and is composed of three companies specialized in different fields: Architectural Pivot Co., Ltd., which deals with architectural design, planning, and environment; Structural System Co., Ltd., which specializes in architectural structures; and FM System Co., Ltd., which develops systems for building maintenance and operation.
Business Activities
- Pivot Co., Ltd. We develop programs that can be used in various aspects of architectural design. We create systems for verifying architectural regulations such as CAD, sunlight and sky exposure ratios, which serve as the information foundation for design, as well as systems that support environmentally conscious design, including energy efficiency. - Structural Systems Co., Ltd. We develop programs related to architectural structures. Using advanced analysis techniques and sophisticated graphic technology, we solve various problems related to the structural field and provide an easy-to-use design environment that ensures structural safety. We accommodate various structural forms of buildings, from reinforced concrete to wooden structures, and offer a wide range of calculation tools and drawing creation tools, from design calculations to seismic diagnosis calculations. - FM Systems Co., Ltd. We develop programs related to facility management (operation and management of buildings and facilities). We create databases for the buildings and facilities owned and managed by our clients and build information systems that support current situation analysis, maintenance planning, and the formulation of management strategies for asset utilization.
