"Three S G Method" A deep mixing treatment method that pursues economic efficiency and high quality.

Over 8,700 construction achievements across all 47 prefectures in Japan! Thanks to our original construction quality management method, quality verification can be done as early as one day after construction!

In the construction method of the mechanical stirring type deep mixing treatment using conventional cement-based solidifying material slurry, a new technology has been introduced by installing the cement milk discharge ports above and below the stirring blades. During excavation, slurry is injected from the lower discharge port, and during extraction, it is injected from the upper discharge port, maximizing stirring efficiency and enabling the creation of high-quality improved bodies with minimal strength variation. (The stirring device has been patented.) Furthermore, as a result of pursuing quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, significant improvements have been realized through this new technology. In 2007, it obtained a construction technology performance certification from the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association as the "Three S G Method." In 2009, the first revision was made, and the "Three S G-cube Method" (G-Cube Method) was developed for small-scale buildings. In 2011, a second revision was made based on accumulated construction results, achieving an expansion of the application range and a significant improvement in cost performance. Efforts are also being made to enhance practical training within the method association. Various training programs for obtaining certification have been recognized as eligible for subsidies from the Human Resource Development Support Grant (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) and the Small and Medium Enterprises Capability Development Grant (JMAF Foundation), establishing an educational system for method engineers.

Surface ground improvement method

The depth of improvement is about 2 meters from the ground surface! It is mainly used in ground conditions where the soft layer is thin.

This technology involves spraying cement-based solidifying materials onto soft soil, mixing and stirring it with the original ground soil, and utilizing the hydration hardening reaction of the improvement agent to stabilize the soil. When large vehicles run directly on soft ground, their tires quickly sink, making it impossible to move. However, by laying down steel plates or gravel, they can move freely. Similarly, by creating a hard artificial layer on the surface of soft ground, surface ground improvement supports buildings. The depth of the improvement extends to about 2 meters from the ground surface. 【Features】 ■ Spraying cement-based solidifying materials on soft soil ■ Utilizing the hydration hardening reaction of the improvement agent ■ Stabilizing the soil *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Seismic-resistant adhesive joint method "TB (Touch Bond) Method"

Supports outdoor temperatures from -10℃ to 40℃ during construction! It maintains water tightness equal to or greater than that of elastic sealing even after displacement.

The "TB (Touch Bond) Method" is a seismic joint construction method that clears "Level 2 seismic motion" through one-touch joint connections and high-elasticity adhesives. The connection structure for curved sections, cross-sectional changes, and joints with existing structures is the same as that for straight sections. It maintains water tightness equivalent to or greater than elastic sealing (over 0.1 MPa) even after displacement. Additionally, since the product can simply be installed and injected or caulked, it allows for reduced construction time and cost savings. 【Features】 ■ Follows various ground displacements such as Level 2 seismic motion and permanent deformation ■ The connection structure for curved sections, cross-sectional changes, and joints with existing structures is the same as that for straight sections ■ Simply install the product and inject or caulk ■ Can accommodate outdoor temperatures during construction from -10°C to 40°C ■ Can be connected as a seismic joint to site-cast manholes and existing boxes *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Rocket construction method "Wood Weiser Ramen"

Proven track record in various projects! Rocket construction method that achieves excellent wooden structures.

"Woods-Ramen" is a rocket construction method that allows for large opening stores, flexible floor plans, and three-story wooden buildings with garages on narrow lots. It mainly uses laminated materials and secures joints with special hardware, providing high seismic resistance, while also enhancing fire resistance by using large cross-sections. Through structural calculations, it enables "two-way frames" that open in both X and Y directions, with numerous applications in clinics, daycare centers, martial arts dojos, and community centers with openings of over 10 meters. [Features] ■ Earthquake-resistant and fire-resistant ■ Sturdy and robust, yet flexible ■ Kind to people and the environment, comfortable ■ Factory-processed materials allow for roof raising in one day ■ Transparent and reliable production system for peace of mind *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
