The "PRMS Elastic Aggregate" is made from recycled tires that have been chipped and coated with inorganic powder and resin, resulting in granules (approximately 1mm to 2mm) that optimize the elasticity of the recycled tire chips through coating, enhancing their adhesion to the urethane resin binder and significantly improving the durability of the elastic resin mortar.
