With the abrasive water jet cutting method, Nisshin Kiko develops cutting heads and various traversing devices, boasting extensive on-site experience!
The abrasive water jet cutting method involves mixing a special abrasive with water and spraying it at ultra-high pressure to perform cutting! As a pioneer in water jet technology, we have developed cutting devices and construction methods optimized for various sites and target materials, achieving significant results! The pumps we partner with operate at pressures of 200 to 280 MPa. Our self-developed EcoMaster Magnum pump unit is equipped with an engine that complies with low exhaust gas regulations, achieving low noise levels of 75 dB, and is active in various scenes! Due to the minimal vibration generated against the target structure, construction can be carried out even near operating equipment.

basic information
**Features** - Abrasive WJ cutting is non-flammable and can be performed in fire-restricted areas! - The automatic cutting device "Cutting Traverser" (coiling type and suction type) can also handle curved surfaces! - A steel cylindrical structure with a diameter of 3600φ and a thickness of 12t can be cut in just 360 minutes! - With a standard cutting nozzle unit, if there is a 300mm gap between the structure and obstacles behind it, continuous cutting can be performed by attaching the traverser. - In the case of a special cutting nozzle unit, cutting from the inside of small-diameter pipes or narrow gaps is possible with an insertion opening of about 100mm! - It can also handle cutting concrete structures along with rebar! - Cutting underwater is also possible. Please use it for the design of dismantling underwater structures. - To reduce shock wave noise, cutting can also be performed by immersing the target object in water. We are accepting inquiries at our branches in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Kyushu. Applications/Examples of results
[Examples/Achievements] ○ Cutting of structures at operational steelmaking, petrochemical plants, and power plants. Abrasive water jet cutting is non-flammable and can be performed in fire-restricted areas! ○ Removal of reaction towers and large-diameter piping. ○ A steel cylindrical structure with a diameter of 3600mm and a thickness of 12t was cut in just 360 minutes! Using the "Cutting Traverser" (wrap-around type, suction type). ○ Avoidance of interference with the target structural members. The standard cutting nozzle unit allows for continuous cutting with a 300mm gap from the structure and obstacles behind it. In the case of a special cutting nozzle unit, it can be done with an insertion opening of about 100mm! ○ Cutting concrete structures along with rebar! ○ Demolition of underwater structures. ○ Underwater immersion cutting of objects (reducing shock wave noise). We are accepting inquiries at our branches in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Kyushu. Company information
Nisshin Kiko is a company that leads our customers' work to success by maintaining and managing their production equipment and infrastructure in optimal condition, providing them with a sense of inspiration. With our comprehensive expertise in various industrial maintenance and specialized technology in water jet methods, which we continuously develop while aiming for higher standards, we are dedicated to solving our customers' concerns and requests, such as "Is there a way to do this?" Nisshin Kiko is a company that can always be a source of support when our customers are in trouble. We diagnose complex production equipment, including the power facilities, tanks, and piping that can be considered its heart and veins, and restore production efficiency by removing various types of cholesterol with ultra-high-pressure water, thereby maintaining plant functionality. We also handle all aspects of equipment renewal using a variety of methods and specialized techniques with ultra-high-pressure water. Additionally, Nisshin Kiko is at the forefront of the industry in developing various methods and devices that use environmentally friendly water. By harnessing the power of ultra-high-pressure water to "wash, peel, strip, and cut," we respond to diverse applications, achieving results in areas such as paint stripping for Shinkansen trains, highway improvement projects, and cutting oil tanks and pipes, all through our unique methods that have no parallel in other fields.
