Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation Method "PFL Method"

A sewer pipe rehabilitation method that allows for bending, gaps, and unevenness to be constructed while maintaining water flow, depending on the construction method.

The "PFL method" involves attaching a lining material to the inner surface of existing aging pipes, followed by the installation of PFL panels made of high-density polyethylene. High-strength, high-flow mortar is then injected between the existing pipe and the PFL panels to rehabilitate the aging pipes. The expansion and strength restoration of the surface material are effective even against level 2 seismic motions, and it has excellent chemical resistance, improving the durability of the rehabilitated pipes. Additionally, the PFL panels of the surface material possess excellent water tightness, preventing the ingress of water. 【Features】 ■ Restores strength equivalent to or greater than that of new pipes ■ Approximately 30 times the wear resistance of rigid PVC ■ PFL panels with excellent water tightness as surface materials ■ Superior chemical resistance, enhancing the durability of rehabilitated pipes ■ Effective against level 2 seismic motions due to the expansion and strength restoration of the surface material *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Sand Pressure Infiltration Static Compaction Method "SAVE-SP Method"

Using ultra-compact construction machinery! This is a new concept in compaction methods that utilizes sand with added fluidity.

The "SAVE-SP Method" is a liquefaction countermeasure technique that uses ultra-small construction machinery to inject sand, which has been made pumpable, into the ground through a rod, thereby compacting the soil. It is possible to perform construction in narrow spaces and to compact the ground directly beneath existing structures. The sand, which has been mixed with a fluidizing agent and made pumpable (fluidized sand), is injected into the ground from the rod that has been driven to a specified depth, compacting the surrounding soil. The fluidity of the pumped sand disappears due to dewatering during discharge and the action of the added slow-acting plasticizer, forming good ground conditions. 【Features】 ■ Uses ultra-small construction machinery ■ Capable of liquefaction countermeasures directly beneath existing structures ■ Vibration-free and low noise ■ Excellent cost-effectiveness ■ Environmentally friendly construction method ■ October 2014, National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management, Construction Technology Review Certificate No. 37 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Construction method "JS Method"

Patent-acquired construction method!

The method is a groundbreaking technique that enables large-area concrete floor finishing. Using patented machines such as surface compaction vibrators (Surfer), vibrating rollers (Rolly), and walk-behind/riding trowel finishing machines (Handyman), it densifies the concrete internally to suppress cracking. The three-roller re-compaction can adjust surface irregularities (bumps and dips), and the finishing trowel with consistent pressure and angle minimizes trowel marks, achieving a beautiful surface finish. Additionally, we have included the "JPS method," an evolved concrete floor finishing technique that maintains and further enhances the characteristics of the JS method, which excels in water resistance, wear resistance, and surface scratch strength. 【Features】 ■ Suppresses cracking ■ Enables large-area finishing ■ Improves quality *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Construction method "Eco Geo Method"

Environmentally friendly crushed stone ground improvement!

The "Eco-GEO Method" is a groundbreaking ground improvement technology that prevents the collapse of hole walls with a uniquely developed EG casing, while ensuring consistently stable quality through simple operations. This method is a replacement technique rather than a support pile method, which supports the weight of the building with both the "gravel section" and the "existing ground." Additionally, the weight absorbed by the "gravel section" is dispersed underground. Therefore, it does not require a strong foundation at the tip, and in many cases, the design length can be shortened. Moreover, no waste is generated during construction, and no artificial materials are left underground. It also produces minimal vibration and noise, and does not generate sticking dust, thus minimizing the impact on the surrounding living environment. 【Features】 ■ Economic design ■ Record management ■ Neighboring measures ■ Zero waste ■ Collapse prevention *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Mihosaka Pile Weaving Co., Ltd. Pile Fabric Products and Technology Collection

High-quality textiles that connect to the world! Introducing traditional techniques and pile fabric products!

Textiles are a general term for fabric products made by interlacing warp (vertical threads) and weft (horizontal threads). Pile fabrics are those in which hair-like or looped threads protrude from the surface of the fabric. Pile fabrics can be classified into several types based on differences in manufacturing methods, each having distinct characteristics. Fabric is created by inserting (weaving) the weft threads between the intersecting warp threads. This part serves as the base material to hold the pile and is referred to as the "base fabric" or "ground." By arbitrarily changing the material, thickness, length, tufting interval, and tufting shape of the pile, the characteristics of pile fabrics can be varied for a wide range of applications. Their uses are diverse, including cleaning delicate items, filling gaps, dust prevention, filtration, cushioning, thermal insulation, and water retention. [Examples of products made with pile fabric technology] ■ Industrial brush fabric ■ Geotextiles for construction applications ■ Cushioning pile fabric for medical use *For more details, please download the catalog.

Reinforcement method using single-sided backing plates with high-strength stud bolts.

We are working on improving the construction efficiency and quality of the bottom plate reinforcement method for fatigue damage in the welded joints of steel deck plates and U-ribs.

The "high-strength stud bolt" (equivalent to F8T) is a stud bolt suitable for one-sided construction applicable to friction joints. It can be used for joining members of steel structures and reinforcing against corrosion and fatigue damage with backing plates. Additionally, to ensure the quality and shape of stud welding on the underside of steel deck plates, a "stud upward welding system" has been developed. This system consists of an "upward stud welding device," "support rails," "templates," and "welding monitoring equipment." [Features of High-Strength Stud Bolts] ■ Reinforcement of members with closed sections or those with pavement/concrete on the back can be performed from one side only. ■ No drilling is required, preventing damage to existing members and avoiding a decrease in load-bearing capacity. ■ As a high-strength stud bolt for friction joints, it ensures the strength of bolt grade F8T. ■ With fastening tools for high-strength bolts, the specified bolt axial force can be reliably applied. ■ Patent number: 6556490 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Construction method "Mini Anchor Method"

A new slope reinforcement technology using advanced large-scale reinforcement materials!

The "Mini Anchor Method" is a type of reinforced soil construction method using rebar insertion. By using a reinforcement material called "mini anchor," which has a structure that allows the tip to be enlarged after insertion into the ground instead of using rebar, safety of the ground is ensured, particularly effective for application in areas with strict site boundaries. Additionally, it can apply prestress to the ground, enhancing the integration of the reinforced area and contributing to safety. 【Features】 ■ The length of the reinforcement material can be shortened, resulting in a smaller construction impact area. ■ Advantageous in cases where intrusion into site boundaries is a concern. ■ If the length is the same as rebar, a wider spacing can be achieved. ■ By using hollow rods to inject grout from the reinforcement material, reliable grouting is possible. ■ Construction is feasible even in narrow working spaces. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Construction method "Mini Anchor PI"

Through improvements, the conventional method, "Mini Anchor Method" "DO," has evolved to the new method "PI"!

The "Mini Anchor PI" is a construction method that can be implemented without the use of large machinery, making it possible to work in areas with limited space. Due to the bearing resistance effect of the enlarged tip, the length of the reinforcement material can be shortened, and the pitch can be widened, resulting in fewer installations and improved overall workability. Additionally, because the installation length is short, it is useful in cases where encroachment on adjacent boundaries is a concern. 【Features】 ■ Can be constructed with simple equipment ■ Improved workability ■ Avoids boundary encroachment ■ Pressurized grout injection ■ Prevention of grout leakage *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
