We propose products, methods, and technologies that are useful for the total maintenance of buildings, starting with the tile-finished exterior wall renovation method "Clear Wall." Amid various solutions being explored, Toa Gosei advocates "Total Maintenance," which protects the entire building and realizes longevity using its original acrylic technology and high-performance product lineup, addressing this challenge. Currently, Toa Gosei offers "Aloncoat SQ" for roof waterproofing, "Alonwall" for decorative waterproofing of RC and ALC exterior walls, and has announced "Clear Wall," which enables waterproof renovation of tile-finished exterior walls, allowing us to respond to waterproofing and renovation work for most types of RC and S construction.
