Drainage pipe lining method for underground structures, "I-Liner DP Method"
Drainage pipe lining method for underground structures, "I-Liner DP Method"
Even with bent water pipes, a new pipeline is formed on the inner surface without excavation. A construction method that shortens the construction period and considers the environment.
The Eyeliner DP method involves inverting a hose (hereinafter referred to as "liner") impregnated with thermosetting resin into the drainage pipeline of underground structures such as tunnels. After expanding it to match the shape of the existing pipeline using water pressure, the water inside the liner is heated and circulated with a boiler to cure the resin, allowing for the rapid formation of a new pipeline within the drainage system.

basic information
The Eyeliner DP method involves inserting a hose (hereinafter referred to as "liner") impregnated with thermosetting resin into the drainage pipeline of underground structures such as tunnels, reversing it, and then expanding it to match the shape of the existing pipeline under water pressure. After that, the water inside the liner is heated and circulated using a boiler to cure the resin, allowing for the formation of a new pipeline within the drainage system in a short period of time. ● Formation of a new pipeline on the inner surface of curved drainage pipes with difficult diameters ranging from φ50mm to φ100mm. ● Construction is possible regardless of the pipeline configuration (up to 7 elbows and approximately 30m). ● On-site work is easier compared to open-cut construction, reducing the construction period. ● Even if the existing pipe is corroded, the lining layer can withstand external pressure. Since our establishment in 1987, we have been able to continue our steady progress thanks to the support and patronage of our customers. In the 21st century, a society where prosperity can be felt requires further development of social infrastructure centered around lifelines such as telecommunications, sewage systems, electricity, and gas. In the construction and maintenance of these infrastructures, designs and construction methods that consider the global environment are strongly demanded. To meet the needs of this era, we will utilize NO-DIG technology based on NTT's research and development achievements, contributing to efficient social infrastructure development while also protecting the global environment.
