In wooden houses, the joints can loosen over time due to wood shrinkage, gradually reducing seismic resistance. "Titanic" prevents this decline in seismic resistance. It uses an internal spring to pull the bolt and a magic ring to tighten it, reducing looseness. This next-generation joint hardware withstands significant forces with light tightening force. The main tower of the Tamkang Bridge will reach a height of 200 meters above the water surface. According to the plan, the main tower will be constructed in 53 floors, with each floor featuring a complex variation in shape.
