The thermal conductivity of FP copolymer insulation materials is the industry's highest standard at 0.019 W/(m·K). All registered products eligible for insulation renovation subsidies under the Mirai Eco Housing 2026 project have been updated to insulation category F in the announcement of the fourth batch of model numbers on June 30, 2026. Subsidy amounts are 44,000 yen/m³ for exterior walls, 44,000 yen/m³ for roofs and ceilings, and 62,000 yen/m³ for floors. Please utilize Replus boards, which allow for easy insulation renovation from the interior side without damaging the structure. Applications for renovation subsidies (including reservations) will begin on June 30. In conjunction with this, related materials such as the application guidelines have been published on the Mirai Eco Housing 2026 project website.

The insulation volume per Replus board is listed by product type, so please use it for calculations when applying for subsidies. The acceptance of renovation grant applications (including reservations) will begin on June 30. As a successor project to the Child-Rearing Green Business, subsidies for the construction of energy-efficient homes and support for energy-efficient home renovations have been announced. The Housing Energy Efficiency 2026 Campaign, a collaboration among three ministries, has strengthened support for housing energy efficiency with a supplementary budget of 378 billion yen for fiscal year 2025. Construction that begins on or after November 28, 2025, will be eligible, and a key change to note is that the condition for starting new construction is now based on the commencement of foundation work. The total budget for new construction and the subsidy amount per unit have also been reduced. In the Future Eco Housing 2026 project, which only targets renovations, eligible homes are limited to those that do not meet the energy efficiency standards set in 1999 prior to renovation. As of April 2025, compliance with energy-saving standards for buildings has become mandatory. Accordingly, compliance with energy-saving standards will be added to the items for completion inspection. During the inspection, you may be asked to present shipping documents from the time of delivery to confirm the specifications and installation status of the insulation materials, so please keep them safe until the inspection is completed.
