Eliminate sorting at the reception. Deliver packages to the front of each floor's door without human intervention.
This is a solution that automates the process of receiving packages and mail in office buildings and mixed-use buildings, as well as delivering them to each floor and tenant. Delivery drivers simply drop off their packages at the delivery storage robot "W-Station." The W-Station reads the shipping label using AI in under 0.5 seconds and automatically sorts and stores the packages by destination. The delivery robot "James mW II" picks up the packages from the W-Station and delivers them to the door of each office area and tenant. This eliminates the need for reception and general affairs staff to sort and transport packages, and delivery drivers no longer need to navigate inside the building. James physically presses the elevator buttons with its robotic arm, allowing it to be implemented in buildings occupied by tenants without any construction. The same configuration can also be used for internal mail and on-demand goods delivery. If you are only considering delivery robots for inside the building, please also take a look at the "Office Indoor Logistics Delivery Robot Solution."

Applications/Examples of results
■Usage Scenarios 1. Door-to-door delivery of parcels and mail Eliminates sorting and transportation at the reception, delivering directly to the front door of each tenant. 2. Collection of outgoing shipments Consolidates packages collected from each floor at the W-Station, where drivers pick them up on the first floor. 3. On-demand delivery of internal mail and supplies The same robot can transport documents, supplies, and food and beverages. ■Applicable Buildings Office buildings / Headquarters buildings / Mixed-use buildings / Administrative buildings of research institutes and factories ■Demonstration Results in Japan (July to December 2025) As part of a joint demonstration with Yamato Transport and Nomura Real Estate, W-Station and James were installed in an office building in Ginza, Tokyo, enabling unmanned delivery across multiple floors. A total of 1,096 deliveries were made across four locations, including three tower apartments, with an average delivery time of 7 minutes and 56 seconds. ■Issues Addressed Sorting and transportation by reception and general affairs, the time drivers spend inside the building, and access to security areas.
