From the reception to each office area. An unmanned delivery solution for internal logistics across multiple floors.
This is a solution that automates door-to-door delivery of parcels and on-demand delivery of food, documents, and supplies using two types of robots within office buildings and commercial facilities. The delivery storage robot "W-Station" receives packages, sorts and stores them by destination, while the delivery robot "James mW II" delivers them to the front doors of each office area and tenant. James can physically press the elevator buttons with its robotic arm, allowing it to be implemented in buildings occupied by tenants without any renovation work. For internal mail and food items, the sender simply calls the robot and places the items inside. The recipient is notified when the delivery begins, allowing employees to receive their items without leaving their seats.

Applications/Examples of results
■Usage Scenarios 1. Door-to-door delivery of parcels and mail James takes over from the storage robot and delivers to the front of each office area and tenant's door. 2. On-demand delivery of small items Food and documents or supplies to be delivered to other departments can be sent without the need for the person to leave their seat. ■Items that can be transported Parcels and mail, internal mail and documents, supplies and consumables, food and catering. ■Demonstration results in Japan (July to December 2025) As part of a joint demonstration with Yamato Transport and Nomura Real Estate, W-Station and James were installed in an office building in Ginza, Tokyo, to conduct unmanned internal deliveries across multiple floors. A total of 1,096 deliveries were made across four locations, including three tower apartments, with an average delivery time of 7 minutes and 56 seconds, resulting in a 98% reduction in labor hours for delivery operations. ■Problems addressed Sorting and transportation tasks in reception and general affairs, employee travel time, and transportation across security areas.
