From the front to the door of the guest room. Amenities and deliveries are brought without staff assistance.
This is a solution that automates the transportation of guests' luggage (robot porter), room service, and amenity delivery within hotels and inns using two types of robots. By loading luggage and amenities onto the robots at the front desk or in the back office and simply entering the room number, the robots can depart. The delivery robot "James mW II" physically presses the elevator button with its robotic arm, ascends to the guest room floor, and delivers the items to the door. If a storage robot "W-Station" is also installed, it can automate the receipt and storage of packages addressed to guests. Since there is no need for elevator renovations or wiring work, it can be introduced into operating hotels without any modifications. This eliminates the need for staff to make repeated trips to guest rooms.

Applications/Examples of results
■Usage Scenarios 1. Robot Porter Carries guests' luggage from check-in to their rooms. 2. Room Service Delivers food and beverages from the front desk or kitchen to the door of the guest room. 3. Amenities and Supplies Delivery Responds to requests for towels, water, and supplies without staff having to move. 4. A total of 1,096 deliveries were made, with an average delivery time of 7 minutes and 56 seconds, achieving a 98% reduction in labor hours for delivery operations. ■Recruiting Demonstration Partners We are looking for businesses interested in implementing demonstrations in hotels and inns.
