At the same time, high-adhesion epoxy resin is injected into the cracks of the damaged foundation to fully restore structural strength and waterproofing performance, while high-strength bubble mortar (air milk) is densely injected to fill the cracks and voids that have formed in the subfloor due to subsidence. The work can be done while residents are living in the home, with no need to move to temporary housing, and is completed in a short period with minimal noise and vibration. This simultaneously improves the building's seismic performance and ensures lasting structural stability.

This construction method uses general structural carbon steel pipes conforming to the JIS G3444 STK400 standard (with an outer diameter of 114.3 mm or more and a wall thickness of 4.5 mm or more). While continuously monitoring minute displacements with a laser height measurement device, the steel pipe piles are pressed in using hydraulic jacks, with the weight of the building serving as the reaction force. The penetration depth is firmly anchored to a support layer with a thickness of 2 m or more and a converted N value of 10 or more, based on ground survey data. High-strength epoxy resin is used for crack repair, and air-entrained mortar is filled in underground voids, securing the foundation anchorage.
