The Management Game (MG) is a practical educational training program developed by Sony in 1976. It has a track record of approximately 5,000 companies and 1 million participants, primarily among large corporations. Through corporate management simulation (experiential learning), it enhances numerical ability and strategic thinking skills. Each participant takes on the role of a manager, starting from founding a company to managing it. They practice a series of management cycles, including decision-making, result analysis (financial statements), and planning. Participants not only create P/L and B/S but also learn strategic accounting (criteria for profit generation), conduct management analysis, and draft the next management plan (strategic plan). On September 21, 2025 (Sunday), we held our educational program "Management Game MG" at the Kumano Council of the Wide Area Chamber of Commerce. We adjusted the schedule for the day, and many businesses participated. Thank you very much.

You will conduct training sessions lasting 1 to 3 days for participants (12 to 36 people) at client locations across the country. 【Desired Candidate Profile】 - Experience participating in management games MG - Committed to personal growth and engaged in mutual improvement - Resonates with our training style that emphasizes "if it's not fun, it's not training" - Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel) are essential. - Open to feedback and able to utilize it for personal growth 【Preferred Qualifications】 - Possession of specialized knowledge in accounting and finance (experience working in financial institutions is welcome) - Experience in human resources, talent development, or management - Qualified professionals such as certified public accountants, small and medium enterprise consultants, or social insurance labor consultants with consulting experience *No prior experience as an instructor or trainer is required. Many individuals have taken their first steps in the field of talent development from being MG training instructors.
