The 360-degree survey aggregates perspectives from supervisors, subordinates, colleagues, and self-evaluations to objectively understand an individual's strengths and challenges, and to formulate an action plan for growth. We aim to enhance engagement, foster a sense of contribution to the company, and create a workplace environment where team members can openly provide feedback on points they notice about each other, even without formal training.
