【Features】 Suitable for construction depths of up to 25m and relatively loose ground. A maximum improvement diameter of 2.0m can be expected with a small drilling diameter. Excellent adhesion to retaining walls and structures. The work equipment is compact and has excellent workability. Durability is outstanding due to the use of cement-based hardening materials. 【Construction Procedure】 1. Installation Install the JSG machine at the designated construction location. 2. Drilling Drill to the planned depth with rod rotation and stroke speed according to geological conditions. 3. Injection Test After drilling, set the steel pole insertion, rotation speed, and lifting time, and conduct an injection test. 4. JSG Construction Create piles by adhering to the specified lifting time and nozzle rotation. 5. Rod Withdrawal and Cleaning After completion of pile creation, withdraw the double-tube rod to the ground and clean the inside of the tube with clean water.
