Lighthouse 2.0 is a mixed-use project that includes the high-rise building "Arhus Φ," which is 44 stories tall (142m) and constructed in Aarhus, Denmark. "Arhus Φ" has become the tallest residential building constructed in Denmark. It is located within a 2 km radius of the Aarhus Cathedral in the city center, boasting an excellent location overlooking Aarhus Bay. This project is located at the intersection of the Phra Pinklao Bridge over the Chao Phraya River and Rama III Road in Bangkok, Thailand. It is a 52-story high-rise building with a total floor area of over 80,000 square meters, constructed by the local subsidiary of the major Japanese general contractor Obayashi Corporation (Thai Obayashi).
