We provide total support for corporate human resource development through 360-degree evaluations.
"Smart Review for 360°" is a cloud service that supports the introduction of 360-degree evaluations (multi-faceted evaluations) by aggregating "evaluations of the subject's daily behavior" from multiple perspectives, such as supervisors, colleagues, and subordinates, and visualizing the recognition gap between the individual and others.
