The "Mountain Retaining Parent Pile Work" involves driving temporary parent piles into a hard ground, and the construction of the Jugo No. 1 irrigation canal was carried out by the Hokuriku Regional Agricultural Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
