Additionally, during the baking reaction, very little yellowing gas such as smoke or resin is generated, which helps to suppress the yellowing of the coating film. ◆ High-temperature short-time baking The usual baking condition is 160°C for 20 minutes (substrate temperature), but it is possible to achieve the properties of the coating film at 190°C for 5 minutes. If the substrate temperature is raised above 200°C, a coating film can be formed in over 60 seconds. ◆ Excellent post-processing properties Even with a coating thickness of 150μm, there is no cracking or peeling of the coating film when bent at a 180° angle with a diameter of 2mm. It can be adapted to various lines, such as pre-coated metal (PCM) lines. When painted on aluminum foil and folded into a crane, there is no cracking or peeling of the coating film.
